Brian T. Campion is an experienced civil trial attorney. He also has extensive experience in all phases of land use development and in local and municipal law. For over forty years Mr. Campion represented clients in all phases of litigation from trial to the New Jersey Supreme Court. He has advised both private clients and governmental entities through the regulatory process for affordable housing, planning, zoning and environmental regulation.
Mr. Campion was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1976. During his career as a litigator he has practiced in both the state of New York and the state of New Jersey. He personally argued cases before all levels of the state court system including several reported cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Brian Campion has concentrated his practice in the areas of civil litigation, local government law and land use law. He has served as municipal attorney and special counsel for a number of municipalities. He has also represented private clients and corporations state and county agencies and municipal land use boards. He advises private clients regarding subdivision, site planning and development of land including affordable housing and condominium developments.
